Propose a Show for the Baber Room

To propose an exhibition for the Library’s Baber Room place the following materials in a large manila envelope. Label all of your materials with your name or group name.

1. Completed proposal form (MS Word file).
2. Resume(s) of applicant, and collaborators (if necessary).
3. Slides, image CD, or proof sheet with supporting documentation of size and media of works.
4. Artist’s Statement.
5. Images of previous works and or exhibitions.

Propose a Show for the Third Floor Exhibition Area

To propose an exhibition for the Library’s Third Floor Exhibition area place the following materials in a large manila envelope. Label all of your materials with your name or group name.

1. Completed proposal form (MS Word file).
2. Slides, image CD, or proof sheet with supporting documentation of size and media.
3. Project budget summarizing costs of exhibition.
4. Explanation of materials needed to display proposed exhibit and in what way the materials would be exhibited. (For example: 2-D items framed to be hung on the wall, free standing panels, required use of pedestals or exhibit cases.)
5. Proposed time frame that the exhibition will be on display.
